Return Policy
This Returns Policy and Refund Policy ("Policy") regulates the conditions and procedure by which Users of the platform beyond-rings.com ("Platform") can exercise their right to withdraw from a Distance Sales Contract ("Contract"), as well as the conditions for refunding amounts for purchased goods. The Policy is in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 on cooperation between consumer protection authorities.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
1.1. Users have the right to withdraw from the Contract without stating a reason within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods.
1.2. To exercise the right to withdraw, the User must notify the Platform of their decision within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods, by filling in the required information at the following link: https://beyond-rings.com/returns-form
Conditions for Returning Goods
2.1. The returned goods must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with the original packaging preserved and without damage. The User is responsible for the condition of the goods until its return.
2.2. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the User, except in cases where the goods are defective or delivered in breach of the Contract.
2.3. The User must send the goods to the following Speedy address: Malinova Dolina district, building 25. Phone - 089 294 5546. Recipient - MP Global Trade EOOD within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods.
2.4. The refund to the User will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Damaged Goods and Platform Inspection
3.1. The Platform performs a careful inspection of each returned item to determine whether it meets the conditions for return and exchange. Goods will be subject to inspection for the following factors, including but not limited to:
- Compromised package integrity;
- Presence of torn or missing labels and/or accessories;
- Damage, scratches or other signs of use;
- Contamination or defects caused by improper use.
3.2. Upon discovery of damaged goods or non-compliance with the conditions specified in this Policy, the Platform reserves the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of the goods and not to refund the amount or to perform an exchange or complaint. This includes goods that are not in their original condition, with compromised packaging, missing accessories or parts.
3.3. In case of refusal to accept the returned goods, the Platform will inform the User of the reasons for the refusal and will not refund the amount or perform an exchange.
Procedure for Returning Goods
4.1. To prepare and return the goods, the User must take the following steps:

Prepare the goods for return in their original packaging, ensuring that no damage has been caused to the product. The User must place the goods they wish to return, including the goods return form, in one general package.
Send the goods to the following Speedy address: Malinova Dolina district, building 25. Phone - 089 294 5546. Recipient - MP Global Trade EOOD within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the goods.
4.2. The User is responsible for the goods until they are received by the Platform. Therefore, it is recommended to use courier services with the ability to track the shipment.
Final Provisions
5.1. For all matters not regulated in this Policy, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, other applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and European legislation and general terms of the Platform apply.
5.2. The Policy may be changed at any time, with all changes to be published on the Platform.
