What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer any subsequent questions you may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storage of Your Data
Please note that in order to facilitate the process of ordering and purchasing, as well as the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your names, address, email address and data about the payment method used by you, for example your credit card number.
The data provided by you are necessary for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for
– the payment processing payment service provider (Stripe). Stripe is a payment service provider that processes the necessary data to carry out the payment as an independent personal data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy. When making a payment, you are redirected to a Stripe secure environment, where payment method data is processed directly by them and is not stored by beyond-rings.com
– the courier company through which we deliver your purchase,
– our accountant and
- Digital Ocean, which is our data processor under GDPR, and with which we have the respective agreement.
In case of an incomplete order, we keep the data entered in it for 30 days and reserve the right to inform you periodically about its status, respectively about your options as a result. Upon completion of an order and fulfillment of the contract on our part on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, point "b" and point "c" of GDPR, we retain all data relating to the legal relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accounting Act ( AA ).
Transfer of Data Outside the European Union
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union. If such transfer becomes necessary, it will be carried out in compliance with the requirements of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and subject to appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data.
