Hi! I’m Plamena, and in the next few lines, I’ll share how and why I created Beyond Rings - a brand for spinner rings designed to help you cope with anxiety, stress, and bad habits.
More and more people are speaking openly about their worries and personal experiences. Anxiety and stress are no longer taboo topics, and this gave me the courage to share my own story.
I always believed that if I ever faced anxiety, I would be able to overcome it quickly. But life sometimes has other plans. After a very difficult personal experience, I found myself struggling with anxiety. And I’ll admit - it wasn’t easy.
With time, reading, and conversations with specialists, I learned one key thing: “Shift your focus!” I realized that when I’m not feeling well, I need to consciously redirect my thoughts toward something else.
It was like imagining a traffic light switching from red to green. It wasn’t always easy, but I kept trying to turn my attention to things that made me feel better. Over time, shifting my focus helped me deal with challenges in both my personal and professional life, become more confident and brave, and believe in myself.
The story is long, but what I want to tell you is this: shift your focus when you’re not feeling well. I believe it can help you.
And this is how the idea for Beyond Rings was born - not just rings, but something more. Their special spinning element helps you shift your focus in any situation - before an important work meeting, when you feel anxious, when you pick at your cuticles or nails, when you tap your foot, or when you simply feel nervous.
Beyond Rings are not only beautiful accessories - they are a way to manage anxiety and bad habits.
